I am a big believer in the power of leadership and of teamwork. The combination of an ultimate (renovation) professional, like you, guiding dedicated and talented people is an unbeatable formula for achieving anything, principally for achieving success. Joe, I gained a high regard for the people you had working on my (remodel) project.
Firstly and most particularly, for Royce Ramswick, who consistently demonstrated his ability to stay calm under the pressure of a rather difficult situation such as mine; to navigate beautifully through each obstacle along the way; and to keep me focused, and to gently, but firmly guide-me 'on' "what-will-be" in the very near term.
There were times of doubt, and this is where a great (remodeling) team effort came in to play. I would like to thank you, Ryan, and each of your team, but most particulary Dennis for his special and reliable attention to the finest details of my situation, as well as for being pleasant and helpful all along the way.
It is a joy for me to know that you could be there for me in the future. Please be assured that as my friends or neighbors may need recommendations for the highest quality remodeling, your name will be the only one on my "short list".
Thanks again, with best regards,
Don L.

Donna and I have lived in our house for 39 years, and the kitchen has needed to be brought up to present times, as the house was built in 1952 and nothing had been done to the kitchen except for new vinyl flooring installed over 25 years ago!
From the time we met Ryan at our house for an estimate and idea's as what (remodeling) could be done to make the kitchen look beautiful, to the day we saw the computer drawings of how it would look (after it was renovated), we were really amazed! The professionalism of Ryan in showing us the different design of cabinets, styles and fixtures, and exactly how they would look in our New Kitchen was just great!
We were assigned Patrick Luich as our Project manager, and we could not have been more pleased. Pat, a True Professional, and very easy to talk to; put our minds at ease as to how the project would be undertaken.
The Customer Schedule was Great, as we knew exactly who would be here each day. The Demo started on August 22,2011 to completion on September 20,2011. The entire crew of Wayne Smith who did the cabinets; Robert, from Plumbing Plus; Javier from OZ Electric; Bret Maguire, Painter; and Joe from the Countertop Co. We could not have been more pleased with this crew! We want to especially single Wayne out for the professional way he installed the cabinetry and the expertise and attention to detail he used in making sure everything was just perfect. Wayne was always here early on his assigned days, and never left before he knew everything was perfect each day. This man is a true artisan in his craft!
Donna and I would like to thank the entire company and crew on our project to a "Job Well Done" We would not be at all adverse to giving an excellent recommendation to anyone wishing to have work performed by Remodel Works. It was a rea] relief having professionals doing the work, and most of all we did not have to worry about a thing.
Sincerely,
Dale & Donna R.

Remodel Works helped make our dream come true. We had saved and planned to remodel our kitchen and bathrooms for several years, but hadn't had the courage to take the leap. We are so pleased that we chose Remodel Works, and that you were able to incorporate some design elements that were important to us such as glass tile, the cabinet arch that reminds us of The Bridge of Sighs in Venice, and the unique glass panels in our kitchen cabinets.
Please thank your staff for the care and creativity with which they approached our job. It began with Ryan inviting us to his home to look at his granite countertops as we struggled with those choices, and included Pat's working with his crew to find creative solutions in our kitchen cabinets. and bathrooms. We learned that it is not possible to anticipate all the challenges that can occur during a remodel, and we are grateful that your staff had the knowledge and resources to create the rooms we had envisioned.
Sincerely,
Paula & Paul K.

I was looking through the yellow pages trying to find a firm to remodel my (bathroom) shower stall and came upon a little advertisement for your (remodel) business. I saw a phone number and a website address for Remodel Works and nothing else. I then logged on to your website and was pleasantly surprised at what I saw.
The site was very well designed. The showroom pictures and the services you offered were very well laid out and informative. I gave your firm a call and received excellent directions from a very pleasant and courteous receptionist named Yvonne. When I arrived l was greeted in very friendly manner and told her who I was and she then called your son Ryan who talked with me regarding my needs and requirements for the (renovation) job to be completed. I left feeling like I had been treated professionally and courteously. I gave it some thought and compared the previous bid I received from another firm with yours and decided, based on what I saw and heard from your son, to go with you.
The project manager, Royce, came to my house and laid out everything I needed to know regarding the job start time, the people I would have contact with. and the.approximate completion date. Royce is a credit to your firm and a most likeable and professional individual. He bent over backwards to make sure my wife and I would receive the best job possible and he is a man of his word, even to making sure the right shower glass was installed. A footnote to this, regarding the glass door. The door was supposed to be a rain texture and I received a clear glass instead. He made sure it would be corrected and it was done so in a timely manner.
The next person that arrived was Bryan Fisher. Bryan is a very dedicated man to his job. He started and completed the job on time, as promised. I told him he was worth two men, due to his work ethic, a trait lost in a lot of 'Young workers today. Bryan laid out tarps, made sure all of the surrounding areas were protected and covered, to avoid dust and dirt damage" There were some changes that had to be made and he took it all in.stride, I cant say enough about his professionalism. ~told him he would go a long way in the business world with his attitude, He needs to know this from a satisfied customer.
The last person I had contact with was Jim Branch who installed my shower door. He was very cordial and has a great personality. We get along great Jim was saddened that I received the wrong glass and said it would be corrected in conjunction With Royce. He even noticed that the mistakenly ordered clear glass door was warped and it would have to be returned anyway. I had no doubts that it would be done to my satisfaction. My new door wilt be installed today by Jim due to the efforts of Royce who had the door rush ordered to San Diego.
All in all am truly satisfied from my initial contact, to the last person responsible for a truly great job. I would not hesitate to recommend your business to others, should the opportunity present itself in the future.
Sincerely yours,
Brian Fulton
